My bachelor thesis research was about institutionalized violence and negligence towards womxn in the medical world. L’une des spécificités du magazine est qu’il est publié dans les trois langues parlées au Liban – l’arabe, l’anglais et le français. Samandal 3000 a donc été réalisé en trois éditions; chaque version est traitée par une bichromie spécifique. Projet réalisé au Studio Safar EN Design and layout for the new issue of Samandal, a Beirut–based comic book magazine. The magazine is published in the three main languages spoken in Lebanon — Arabic, English and French. Samandal 3000 was therefore created in three editions, recognizable by a specific duotone. Il s’agissait d’interroger la question des priorités en fonction du temps. Les réponses obtenues sont ensuite imprimées sur des panneaux utilisés lors d’une manifestation de l’espoir dans les rues de Breda. As we’re living in a climate of uncertainty and fear about the future, we asked people at the Graphic Matters Festival what theywere hoping for in the next 50 minutes, days and years. We were interested to see people’s priorities according to time. The collected messages were printed on cardboards and used during a Hope demonstration in the streets of Breda. Imaginé dans un futur proche, il s’agit pour l’utilisateur de voter pour «les meilleures nouvelles potentielles». Il est récompensé financièrement pour chaque vote gagnant afin de maintenir sa fidélité. Pour chaque décision élue, les politiciens doivent la mettre à exécution, ce qui donne au lecteur l’illusion d’être un citoyen proactif et puissant puisqu’il s’agit de décisions réelles. Dans un système d’articles clickbait, chaque vote devient plus sensationnaliste que le précédent. Collaboration avec Emilie Excoffier ENG Dystopian news app questioning current emerging journalistic methods due to the decline of readership. As we’re observing a worrysome rise of radicalism and nationalism in political systems as well as a global desinterest in news, leading to a growth of clickbait articles and general misinformation, we created a dystopian news app which questions readers’ indifference. Set in a near future, we imagined people voting for the “best prospective news” and be rewarded money for each winning headline to keep them interested, while politicians have to execute the elected vote, making readers feel proactive in politics, and powerful when it comes to real life decisions. Il s’agissait pour chaque étudiant.e de réaliser une ou plusieurs affiches basées sur le thème de l’exposition et ses contraintes formelles. Le catalogue rassemble 52 affiches imprimées en risographie sur des papiers différents, glissées dans une pochette en plastique sérigraphiée.&nbsp; Catalogue réalisé en collaboration avec Léa Hunziker, Nausicaa Planche et Sarah Fauriel, sous la direction de Neo Neo. ENG Poster and catalogue for the Grids, Tools and Swimsuits exhibition, presented during the 2017 Weltformat Graphic Design Festival in Luzern, Switzerland. Students were asked to create posters based on the exhibition theme and instructions. The catalogue contains the result, 52 posters printed on a 4-color risograph with different kinds of papers, and folded inside a silk-screen printed plastic folder.
